I have two "smartypants" - brain smart I have to say. But when it comes to "common sense" - they "aint" got it. ie., J went by this morning trying to staple something - nothing is being stapled. She put the stapler aside. K came by and did the same thing except she told me the stapler is broken. Now nothing is broken in our house without finding out why??? So I tried stapling a piece of paper and no staples. I open the stapler and put in more staples. I told K - next time don't say stapler is broken before checking to make sure there is staples in the stapler first. I went around the house shaking my head - geezzz!!!
